The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were heavenly, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience. The stunning beach access was just steps away from the hotel, and the sun loungers on the sun terrace were a perfect place to unwind with a drink from the bar.

Though our stay was fantastic, the only minor issue we encountered was that some dishes at the restaurant were a bit under-seasoned. However, the bar and lounge area made up for this with their impressive selection of cocktails and tasty snacks.

The complementary Christmas dinner was excellent with delicious food and lovely drinks offered. The accommodation was situated near to the beach, allowing for easy access to stunning views. The sunset was amazing to watch from the balcony, and the ocean waves were calming.

The staff did not seem interested in ensuring that we were having a memorable stay, as they were not easily communicable and did not provide excellent customer service. The room itself was outdated and not thoroughly cleaned.

Had a wonderful xmas vacation at this hotel! Loved the ocean view from the room and the proximity to the beach, just a few steps away. The swimming pool was also a great option on the days when the waves were too big. The food was delicious, especially the ceviche and seafood rice dishes. the staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and at home.

The rooms were a bit dated, and the mattress was not the most comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also slow and only available in the common areas, not in the rooms.
